The following are examples of cycles (A.T.B. & Road) we have built to specification for customers.  To start we use a cycle picking list to select the components.  Click on a thumbnail to view full size image.

Top End Road Cycle.

This cycle uses one of our R240 Carbon Fibre Framesets.  It has a Shimano Dura Ace groupset, utilising a compact FCR 700 (34/50) chainset.  It has Mavic  Ksyrium SL wheels and is fitted with Veloflex Pave folding tyres.  It has a Selle Italia SLR Gel saddle atop an ITM Forged Lite seat pin.  This bike has been built up to a standard, yet, compared to many, it is still down to a price!  It weighs in at 18 lbs.  To see full specification, CLICK HERE.

High Specification Road Cycle.

 This cycle uses one of our R240 Carbon Fibre Framesets.  It has a Shimano Ultegra 10 Speed (triple) groupset.  It was built for use as a summer bike & the customer intends using his earlier NELSON during the winter months.  At £1474,  it's not a cheap bike, but just try & get more for the money!   To see full specification, CLICK HERE.

Audax cycles using mid range components.

This cycle uses one of our J128 Audax  framesets.  This superb all rounder is built using 7005 butted aluminium frame tubing with carbon fibre forks.  A semi integrated headset provides the visual aspect of a hidden headset with the durability of a traditional headset.  Shimano Tiagra equipment combines quality and reliability with superb value.  Mavic A719 rims have been fitted with Vittoria Randoneur 700/28mm tyres, which run inside SKS 35mm mudguards.  To see full specification, CLICK HERE.

Touring Cycle using Hand Built (in house) frame with mid and high specification components.

This is one of our traditional Reynolds touring cycles.  It has a hand built frame with mainly a Shimano Tiagra groupset. The other components include Mavic rims, Stronglight headset, 3T handlebars, Selcof seat pin etc.  The waiting list for one of these is about one year.  We do not have available a full specification for this cycle.

 High Specification Full Suspension A.T.B.

This cycle uses one of our A875 7005 Aluminium cross country suspension frames.  It has lockable suspension at both ends, courtesy of a Rockshox Ario 2.2 rear suspension unit and Rockshox Reba Race forks.    It has full Shimano Deore XT drivetrain and brakes.  This bike offers superb quality and superb value.  Why pay more for less?  To see full specification, CLICK HERE.

High Specification A.T.B.

This cycle is a top quality machine at an affordable price.  It uses one of our Hydroformed A320 frames, with Rockshox Revelation 426 forks (With Poploc handlebar mounted lock out), plus a full Shimano Deore XT groupset (With hydraulic disc brakes).  Mavic EX 325 rims make for a very strong set of wheels.  With a specification like this, what more needs to be said?  For further details, CLICK HERE.

Mid Range specification A.T.B.

This cycle uses one of our super 7005 Hydroformed A 320 frames.  It uses Rockshox Judy XC forks and has the latest Shimano Deore 530 groupset with Shimano cable operated  disc brakes.  This groupset has the new STI combined gear/brake levers.  Note the VP Detonator pedals which allow the rider to ride clipped in or loose.  For full specification, CLICK HERE.

Top Mid Range Road Cycle.

This cycle uses one of our R240 Carbon Fibre Framesets.  It has a Shimano 105 10 speed groupset, utilising a compact FCR 600 (34/50) chainset.  It has Mavic Open Pro rims and is fitted with Continental Duraskin tyres.  It has a Selle Italia SLR Gel saddle atop an ITM Forged Lite seat pin.  This bike provides excellent quality at an excellent price.  It truly lives up to the slogan, "The Intelligent Choice"!  To see full specification,  CLICK HERE.

Upper Mid Range A.T.B.

This cycle uses Shimano Deore 530 series equipment, including hydraulic disc brakes.  It has a set of Rockshox Recon 351 forks and Mavic 717 disc rims.  Shimano PDM 324 pedals offer flexibility and the opportunity to ride "Loose" when the occasion demands!  A quality bike that will leave you with a quality bank balance too!  For full specification, CLICK HERE.

Fitness Cycle with mid range equipment.

This cycle uses one of our 7005 butted aluminium Audax framesets (With carbon fibre forks).  It is a good all rounder for someone who wants upright handlebars.  The equipment is basically Shimano Tiagra (With SLR gear shifters for upright handlebars) but with a Deore rear gear to allow for even lower gears.  Long reach Tektro brakes allow plenty of room for the full mudguards and highly puncture resistant Schwalbe Marathon tyres.  For full specification,  CLICK HERE.

Track Cycle.

This cycle uses one of our superb HE9001 track framesets.  Built from Kinesium, it is very light, yet strong and rigid.  The forks are carbon fibre, whilst the headset is a, semi integrated, Ritchey Zero Logic Pro.  Miche Primato running gear provides quality at an affordable price, whilst the Mavic Reflex rims and Continental Tempo 22 Tubulars speak for themselves. High Specification A.T.B.

This cycles uses one of our 7005 Hydroformed aluminium frames and Rockshox Duke SL forks with Motion Control (lock out).  It uses a Shimano Deore XT groupset, with hydraulic disc brakes.  It also features Mavic 717 rims, a carbon fibre seatpin and a Madison G14 saddle with titanium rails.  For full specification, CLICK HERE.

Upper Mid range A.T.B.

This cycle uses one of our 7005 Hydroformed aluminium frames and Rockshox Pilot SL forks with Motion Control.  It uses a black Shimano Deore groupset including 515 cable disc brakes.  It has Mavic 717 disc rims in black.  Note the mudguards, the front one follows the wheel for maximum effectiveness.  The new Madison G11 saddle is very comfortable without being too bulbous.  For full specification,  CLICK HERE.

Please note – We do not recommend the use of shimmed seatpins in our frames (And their use invalidates the warranty).
